Jews are the chosen people of God, because God and Jewish people made covenant promises. In the Judaism bible they made a contract upon guidelines in the five books of moses. The reason why Jews are considered God's people because in the sacred text of Judaism Bibles, Abraham talked to God about making special promises. Abraham talks to God about making Jerusalem a great nation, have great kings, blessing those who bless him and the everlasting circumcision for men. Judaism also believes only in one God, which makes them monotheistic. They believe they are more sacred, because they only believe in one God and many other religions believe in many.
